Responsibilities
Serve as a key advisor on DoD and IC acquisition processes related to GEOINT technologies and programs.
Support the development, implementation, and testing of GEOINT standards conformance across enterprise systems.
Coordinate with standards governance bodies, including the DoD IT Services Registry (DISR) and Intelligence Community Services Registry (ICSR).
Collaborate with the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and similar organizations to support enterprise GEOINT testing, evaluation, and data performance assurance.
Contribute expertise in DoDAF artifacts and enterprise architecture for large-scale system implementations.
Provide guidance on the operational use of GEOINT in support of U.S. military and intelligence missions, including future warfare systems.
Support outreach, strategic planning, and technical documentation related to GEOINT capabilities, services, and standards.
Conduct conformance assessments and performance reviews to ensure compliance with GEOINT standards and mission requirements.
Deliver technical briefings and recommendations to senior stakeholders on GEOINT data integration and standardization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 15 years of experience supporting GEOINT programs or initiatives within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
Deep understanding of GEOINT standards, data formats, and integration best practices across enterprise environments.
Familiarity with DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, and JITC conformance and governance processes.
Experience supporting military or IC operations through geospatial data modeling, fusion, and analytics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and work collaboratively across technical teams.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
