About the Role
Are you ready to take your supply chain expertise to the next level? Wis-Pak is seeking a strategic, proactive, and relationship-driven Supply Manager to lead supplier engagement, drive performance, and ensure supply assurance across our dynamic network. What You'll Do
As our Supply Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations—connecting forecasts to suppliers, managing escalations, and leading the charge on supplier non-conformance processes. You’ll collaborate with industry giants like PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper, and work cross-functionally with teams in Planning, R&D, Engineering, and Finance to shape category strategies and drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Communicate material allocations for promotions and limited-time offers
- Lead raw material forecasting and accuracy checks
- Support plant escalations and ensure supply assurance
- Drive contract implementation and compliance
- Monitor inventory and prepare for major transitions
- Manage supplier data in JDE and oversee non-conformance processes
- Create and refine SOPs to optimize operations

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in sourcing, contracts, or category management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards and Power BI a plus
- Supply Chain certifications (ASCM or similar) preferred
- Manufacturing experience and project management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative spirit and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Travel : Up to 10%
- 1 day WFH availability
