About the Role
Are you ready to take your planning skills to the next level? At Wis-Pak, we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Production Scheduler to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do
As a Production Scheduler, you'll be the backbone of our production process—creating and maintaining weekly and daily schedules that ensure everything flows seamlessly. Your mission will include:
- Optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
- Building production schedules using JDE planning systems to keep lines efficient and products fresh.
- Analyzing inventory and sales trends to forecast future needs.
- Collaborating across teams—from Customer Service to Warehouse—to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Driving improvements in purchasing and scheduling practices to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Tracking performance metrics and ensuring promotional requirements are met.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (APICS certification a plus).
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (MPS, MRP, DRP) and Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables and data graphing skills are a bonus).
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
- A problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and precision.
