ABOUT THE JOB
* Safely operator forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack and retrieve products and materials.
* Complete all duties associated with shipping, including loading and unloading trailers ensuring accurate placement and secure stacking of product.
* Monitor the quality of all products or raw materials being shipped or received and report any defects to management.
* Use Wis-Pak software with scanners to track inventory movements and update records.
* Monitor inventory as production is completed and stores in warehouse. Complete all verification paperwork required to document accurate inventory.
* Work closely with warehouse, production, safety and quality to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain quality standards for all processes and functions within assigned tasks.
* Follow good housekeeping practices and comply with safety and sanitation procedures.
* Assist other forklift operators as needed.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Must have the ability to complete the Forklift Operator's training course and successfully pass tests to obtain and maintain a Forklift Operator's license. Previous experience with forklift operation is helpful, but not required. A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, ability to communicate with management and other employees, and possess legible handwriting. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
