About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Operator who's ready to take on a fast-paced role that combines driving, equipment operation, and inventory management. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team setting, this could be the perfect fit!

What You'll Do:

• Follow all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures
• Operate trucks - CDL license required
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments
• Complete and file all required documentation in a timely and organized manner

What We're Looking For

You're a reliable, self-starting team player who takes pride in doing things right the first time.

You'll Bring:

• A valid CDL license
• Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 60-90F or more
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods
