JOB SUMMARY:

Team leader for all Production lines. Will also be trained and monitored to adhere to all aspects of food safety and the food safety program.

JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Comply with all quality, plant and food safety, HACCP, GMP and sanitation regulations.

2. Monitoring of production line and employees.

3. Assisting Machine Operators when needed.

4. Checking raw material inventories for schedule.

5. Covering for employee breaks.

6. Working closely with other departments.

7. Monitoring cleanup of production lines.

8. Report any mechanical issues to Supervisor or Maintenance.

9. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency on all machines on the line they are assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational requirements - High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot all machines.

Must exhibit leadership and communication skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to read and write the English language, as well as be able to understand spoken English.

Requires basic math skills.

Must be able to stand for 10 hours.

Must be able to work as part of a team.

Ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work with limited supervision.
