About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Inventory Supervisor to lead our team in providing focused inventory solutions for specialty retailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supervising Inventory Associates, resolving event concerns, and driving operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and train Inventory Associates to ensure high productivity and growth through engagement.
- Serve as the first point of contact to resolve event concerns under the direction of the Area Manager or District Manager.
- Interact with customers to deliver exceptional service and support employees with daily tasks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- The ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of customer commitments.
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements (if applicable).
