Wirth Law Office is hiring a Legal Front Desk Supervisor in Tulsa.
Our front desk is the first voice people hear when they call about a custody case or a criminal charge. Most are scared, some are angry, and all of them need to know they called the right place. You will lead the team that gets that right on every call and every walk-in.
You will also own accounts payable for the outside vendors that keep the firm running. You will match invoices, track due dates, and make sure every vendor gets paid correctly and on time.
This role is half people, half numbers. If you can stay calm with a crying client at 9:00 and reconcile a vendor statement at 9:15, you will do well here.
No legal background required. We will teach you the law firm side.
Compensation:$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Lead and schedule the front desk team, so the phones and lobby are always covered
Greet clients and visitors, answer and route calls, and keep the front office running on time
Train the team on phone standards, confidentiality, and how to talk with people in crisis
Process vendor invoices and match each one to agreements and approvals
Track payment due dates and submit payments for approval
Reconcile vendor statements and flag billing errors or duplicate charges
Serve as the front office point of contact for vendors
Report to the PLA
Qualifications:
2 years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience
Experience leading or training others, or a clear case that you are ready to start
Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience, including invoice matching and reconciliation
Comfortable with QuickBooks and Google Suite
Steady and kind with people who are upset or scared
Discreet. You will handle confidential client and financial information every day
Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00
Law firm experience is a plus, not a requirement
MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English
