We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting health, well-being, and quality of life through evidence-based chiropractic care. The Associate Chiropractor will provide exceptional patient care under the guidance of the Lead/Clinic Director, deliver evidence-based chiropractic treatments, and support patients in achieving long-term health and wellness goals. This role is ideal for a chiropractor who values collaboration, ongoing professional development, and a patient-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using chiropractic techniques and rehabilitative care.
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle strategies to support overall health.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the Lead Chiropractor and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
-Participate in community outreach, workshops, or events to promote chiropractic care and wellness.
-Stay current with research, techniques, and professional development to continually enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Current, valid chiropractic license in [State].
- Minimum of 0 – 2 years experience
- Knowledge of occupational health principles related to chiropractic practice.
- Strong diagnostic, manual therapy, and patient communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and evidence-informed care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based healthcare setting.
Preferred Skills
-Experience with rehabilitative exercises, soft-tissue therapies, or integrative care models.
- Experience in rehabilitation, sports chiropractic, or family practice is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
Work Environment
