Parts Support Specialist

We are seeking a

Parts Support Specialist

to join our team in Nashville, TN.

The primary purpose of the Parts Support Specialist role is to deliver high quality service while increasing parts support results across all Wirtgen brands, as well as continuing to develop and support the dealer network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promptly responds to and resolves dealer questions, issues or concerns.
• Receives emergency orders and direct customer orders through various channels of communication.
• Partners with multiple departments to answer or advise dealer/customer.
• Reviews completed orders for accuracy and detail (quantity, delivery dates, item numbers, special notes).
• Acts as a subject matter expert on parts pricing, parts inventory issues, cross-referencing, domestic part alternatives, and remanufactured/rebuild options.
• Creates and maintains reports essential to the function of the Parts Support department.
• Contributes ideas and strategies to continue improving dealer relations.
• Provides assistance with other Parts Support tasks as needed.
  
  

Education/Experience & Skills:

• High school or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (email & phone) .
• Ability to handle high-volume customer service and/or sales phone calls/emails.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  
  

Physical Demands:This position requires frequent sitting, with occasional walking and standing. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Work Environment:The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
