Job Overview:
As an Order Expeditor at WIRTGEN AMERICA, you will play a vital role in coordinating the timely and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure that priority shipments are processed and delivered, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyze the Delivery Monitor for "Priority" shipments and determine the necessary steps to ensure that orders are shipped on the same day.
· Locate parts as needed and process them against priority shipments to meet delivery timelines effectively.
· Work closely with management to stay informed about current priorities and adjust workflow as necessary to meet operational demands.
· Reconcile the Lost and Found report to confirm that all open orders are completed and shipped in accordance with company guidelines.
· Inspect shipments for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
· Perform data entry related to order processing, generating packing lists, and preparing shipping documents accurately.
Skills:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
· Proficient in data entry, with experience in order processing and shipping documentation.
· Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred or 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
