Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience) bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
3-day weekends every week (Fridays off)
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI (commutable from Green Bay, Algoma, Luxemburg, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin)
4-day work week. No weekends. 1st shift schedule.
Join WireTech Fabricators as a Maintenance Technician in Sturgeon Bay.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, PLC troubleshooting, CNC equipment, or industrial machinery is highly valued.
This is a full-time, first shift role with a consistent, predictable schedule and a clean, organized manufacturing environment. Easy commute from Green Bay and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
- Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems
- Support CNC and automated production equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance (manufacturing or industrial preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Experience working with production equipment is a plus
- Ability to commute to Sturgeon Bay, WI
