About the Job
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and help drive company wide priorities at a fast growing technology company.
This is a high impact role for an experienced operator who wants broad exposure across business operations, executive planning, people operations, and external coordination. You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping translate strategy into execution while ensuring internal processes run efficiently and leadership stays focused on the highest impact initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead preparation for board meetings, including materials, metrics, narratives, and follow through
- Drive company level priority tracking and ensure leadership accountability
- Oversee client billing operations and strengthen financial process discipline
- Partner with finance and operations to improve reporting and internal systems
- Lead planning and execution of all hands meetings and leadership offsites
- Collaborate with global HR teams on organizational planning and operational HR processes
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes
- Manage conference strategy, executive speaking opportunities, and external positioning
- Act as a strategic coordination bridge between US based leadership and global teams
Who You Are
- 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, operations, startup leadership, investment, or a similar high responsibility role
- Strong operational and financial fluency
- Experienced preparing board level materials and executive communications
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- High judgment and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Comfortable working across time zones and cross cultural teams
- Proactive, structured, and able to drive execution with minimal oversight
- Experience in startups, technology, or AI related industries is strongly preferred
