Basic Function: The basic function of the Sales Support position is to assist the Sales Team on daily tasks. This can include, but will not be limited to, quoting material, creating new part numbers, entering new purchase orders, running reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product is on time and correct.

- Preparing quotes for customers as requested.
- Source non-stock items.
- Communicating via email or phone calls with customers and vendors, generally done in the English language.
- Entering new and/or revised purchase orders.
- Send requisitions to the purchasing department as needed for non-stock material.
- Maintain expedite reports and customer portals as required by the customers.
- Maintain an up to date back log report.
- Prepare and finalize any paperwork required for new or existing customers.
- Assist the Sales Team as needed.
- Greets and screens telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Operate computer systems.
- Maintain a clean office environment.
