We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
  • Manage a designated territory by building strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring consistent account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects, activities, and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and value for both parties.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the territory.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account information for reporting purposes.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Effective communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and technical presentations.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies that support direct sales efforts and territory expansion.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform decision-making processes.
  • Experience in technology or industrial product sales is a plus, along with familiarity in retail or inside sales environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
