• Work side by side with teammates and store leaders to share ideas, solve problems, and support customers
• Be a genuine advocate for every customer and bring your personality into every interaction
• Provide clear product explanations and recommend complete solutions that fit each customer's needs
• Make technology feel simple and accessible by building meaningful connections
• Show strong drive and competitiveness in a fast moving retail environment
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals with confidence and consistency
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and day to day store operations to keep the location running smoothly

What We Are Looking For

• One year or more of customer service experience, ideally in retail or sales
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and the busy November to December season
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions
• Reliable transportation

We offer hourly rate plus uncapped commission, allowing strong performers to maximize their earning potential.
