- Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone
- Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously
- Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape
- Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call
- 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable
- Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them
- Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools
- Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player
- High School Diploma / GED required
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
