Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for a Leadership Role at our Dallas, TX location. This is a full-time, on-site position. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, developing and driving strategic initiatives, analyzing business performance metrics, and implementing operational improvements. The leader will collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and foster professional development within the organization.

- Strategic planning and performance analysis, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

- Experience in retail, sales management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the wireless technology industry and Verizon products is an advantage.
