Retail Wireless Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Wireless Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while assisting them in selecting the best wireless products and services to meet their needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, effectively communicating the value of various wireless plans and devices.
• Process transactions accurately using a cash register, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and available for customers.
• Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Provide support to team members, potentially supervising new hires or assisting with training as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest wireless technology trends and promotions to better serve customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively sell products and services.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
