Wireless World, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, has immediate openings for experienced Retail Store Managers who of leading, coaching and inspiring a team of Sales Associates. As a Wireless World/Retail Store Manager you will work side by side with your team, training them Verizon products and services, and developing their sales and inter-personal skills. Your ultimate mission will be to ensure our guests receive outstanding service in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment.

As a Wireless World/ Retail Store Manager, your day to day looks something like this:
- Manage a team of Sales Associates and provide the guidance necessary for their success.
- Provide internal training and support for your team members
- Ensure store performance to meet company sales goals and objectives
- Manage company assets and business to expected levels as set by Wireless World and Verizon Wireless
As a Wireless World/ Retail Store Manager we are looking for the following skill set:
- Strong person to person communication skills.
- A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
- Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.
The qualifications to be a Wireless World/Verizon Sales Associate are:
- Passion to lead a team to Do what is Right to be #1
- Drive to succeed, grow and produce
- Minimum of 1 year retail or sales management experience required. Verifiable sales management performance preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of wireless sales or related field experience. Experience with Verizon Wireless services, preferred.
- Must be proficient in mentoring individuals to succeed in their sales endeavors.
- Must exhibit strong person-to-person communication skills, excellent personal selling skills, and excellent customer service skills.
- Associate degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
