Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable mobile devices, plans, and accessories
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to highlight benefits and functionalities
- Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value and meet sales targets
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked, clean, and attractively presented
- Educate customers on phone etiquette, plan options, and device troubleshooting to enhance their experience
- Conduct stock checks regularly and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in team settings
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for balancing registers and managing sales transactions effectively
