Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless solutions.
- Demonstrate mobile phones, devices, accessories, and wireless plan features.
- Recommend and sell wireless plans, mobile phones, accessories, devices, and business wireless solutions.
- Activate customer accounts and process orders accurately.
- Track sales activity and performance against individual targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain product merchandising and an organized retail environment.
- Resolve customer issues and provide follow-up support after the sale.
