Role Description The D2D Team Sales Lead is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and developing a door-to-door sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for T-Mobile products and services. This role includes planning and executing daily sales activities, coaching team members in the field, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The D2D Team Sales Lead will provide real-time guidance on effective customer engagement, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure a consistent, positive brand experience.
