Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to assist and engage with diverse customers
- Knowledgeable about T-Mobile products, with the ability to provide expert recommendations
- Fluency in both English and another language, with the ability to communicate effectively across audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an advantage
- Experience with wireless or technology products is a plus
