Role Description The Assistant Retail Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, supporting the daily operations of a T-Mobile-branded retail store. This role assists the Store Manager in driving sales, managing staff schedules, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to a positive, results-driven store environment. The Assistant Retail Manager helps maintain visual merchandising standards, oversees opening and closing procedures, and ensures compliance with company policies. This position also participates in local marketing efforts and supports initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, team members, and leadership.
