Wireless Vibration Installers is an industry leader in the installation and commissioning of wireless vibration systems and proudly serves large customers across the US and Canada. We are looking to expand our installation capabilities and are searching for the right candidate in Michigan who are detailed and safety-oriented to join our Team. Applicants must have the flexibility to travel to work sites for an average of a week at a time!
Responsibilities
- The Team Lead is a hands-on, in the field position that works alongside Installation Technicians
- Lead and supervise installation teams during installation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to specifications
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of power tools and heavy equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes such as cabinetry, glass, fixtures, or roofing
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, MEWPs, and other equipment necessary for diverse installation tasks
- Conduct inspections to verify quality control and compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve onsite issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in proper use of hand and power tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members while maintaining a focus on safety and quality
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, customers, and project stakeholders effectively

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
