What You'll Do
As a Sales Support Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by:
- Building relationships with customers through outbound calls, sharing exciting promotions and new products.
- Answering inbound calls to assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and order placement.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that help customers grow their business.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Generating sales leads and supporting special projects that contribute to the success of our growing company.

Qualifications:Ideal candidates should have:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar tools is helpful).
- Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of the wireless industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
- The ability to work on-site at our Hilliard, OH location from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
