Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide knowledgeable customer support for technical, sales, billing, and general issues
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Accurately enter and verify data related to customer interactions and orders
- Manage complaint resolution while maintaining empathy and professionalism
- Process customer orders and updates within CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
