What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Coach team members on individual performance and sales strategies
- Support daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Train, mentor, and develop new and existing Sales Associates
- Assist with inventory management and store organization
- Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending solutions
