Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, addressing questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
• Achieving established sales goals
• Superior product knowledge
• Maintaining an orderly appearance and work environment
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-selling various products and services

Sales Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual is a big plus (ENG/SPA)
• Retail and/or customer service experience
• Sales in or outside of an retail environment preferred
• A professional appearance
• A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass background check & drug testing
• Must be willing to commute to Springfield for 2-3 weeks of training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
