Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value and store sales performance
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented to attract shoppers’ attention
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries
- Support store merchandising efforts by maintaining organized product displays and inventory levels
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and retail transactions
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices
