Role Overview:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our residents' daily lives, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment by engaging with residents and their families.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living space for residents.
Requirements:
- Current AL certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred but not required.
