Position Overview
The Human Resources & Workforce Operations Manager will oversee the recruitment, development, engagement, scheduling and retention of our caregiver workforce. As a key member of the office team, this individual will help coordinate office operations, strengthen team collaboration, and ensure outstanding service for our clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Scheduling
- Oversee weekly caregiver scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing coverage
- Monitor service quality, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
- Analyze staffing, scheduling and operational reports
- Develop systems and processes that improve team performance and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic growth initiatives
Human Resources Leadership
- Lead recruiting and hiring efforts for caregivers
- Develop and improve hiring processes and candidate screening systems
- Develop and improve onboarding and orientation programs
- Oversee employee performance reviews and coaching opportunities
- Design caregiver recognition, engagement, and retention programs
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of leadership, human resources, operations, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, team leadership, and employee development
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising employees preferred
- Home care, healthcare, staffing, or service industry experience is a plus
