Most sales roles put you in a box — assigned leads, rigid scripts, a crowded market. This one is different.
Wired Technology Partners sells managed IT services to K-12 school districts, and we're growing. As a Sales Executive, you'll own a territory, build your own pipeline, and close district-level partnerships that run for years. You'll work directly with superintendents, technology directors, and finance teams — and you'll see the real-world impact of what you sell in classrooms and communities.

What You'll Do
Win new business. This is a true hunting role. You'll prospect and close new K-12 school district partners for Wired's Intuition Managed Services platform — running the full cycle from outbound outreach through signed contract.
Run your own territory. You'll manage your pipeline, set your own outreach cadence, and operate with a high degree of independence. Marketing and operations support you — but you own your results.
Become a trusted advisor. You'll develop deep knowledge of each district's environment, constraints, and goals. You're not just selling a product — you're solving real infrastructure and staffing problems for schools that need reliable technology to function.
Build proposals that win. You'll translate district needs into tailored proposals, coordinating with operations and procurement to get pricing, scope, and timelines right.
Help make the team better. You'll document what's working, share objection trends, and contribute to playbooks that help future hires ramp faster.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally in technology, managed services, SaaS, telecom, or education solutions
- A proven hunter. You're comfortable with outbound, you build your own pipeline, and you close
- Public sector or K-12 experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you've sold complex B2B solutions and you're willing to learn the K-12 buying cycle, we'll invest in getting you up to speed
- Strong communication and presentation skills. You'll be in the room (or on the call) with senior district leaders
- Self-motivated and metrics-driven. You know your numbers, you hit your targets, and you don't need someone managing your calendar
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000–$100,000 based on experience
- On-target earnings: $130,000 at 100% of quota — uncapped above that
