This role requires both independent initiative and effective collaboration with team members to support daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a courteous and timely manner
- Accurately process customer orders and follow up on delivery timelines
- Handle customer issues with professionalism, aiming for quick and effective resolution
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and document preparation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist in maintaining office organization and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments to support customer and operational needs
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and computer systems
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
