Technical Delivery Lead

o    Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team
o    Planning and documenting comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation
o    Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills
o    Directing the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions
o    Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code, leading by example, and setting coding standards for the team
o    Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and encouraging the adoption of industry best practices
o    Atleast 6 years of experience in developing APIs
o    Expertise in Core Java, Java J2ee, Spring, Spring Boot
o    Hands-on Experience in OOPS concepts and Spring 3.x, Spring Dependency Injection (IOC,MVC, JDBC, JMS, etc.), and Hibernate
o    Extensive experience with Web Services, SOAP, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, REST, Web API, JPA
o    API lifecycle release management
o    Hands-on experience in building MVC based web applications using JSP/Struts framework.
o    Hands-on experience in application servers like Tomcat and WebLogic
o    Sound knowledge of implementing JMS messaging services
o    Familiarity with code versioning tools, like Git, Bitbucket, SVN, etc
o    Knowledge of HTTP and SOAP Protocols
o    Ensure coding best practices and test coverage through peer reviewing.
o    Be involved in the development life cycle and perform definition and feasibility analysis.
o    Implement, integrate, and document a variety of software platforms through the REST API framework.
o    Apply the latest software design techniques and contribute to the technical design of new solutions.
o    Ensuring that software quality standards are met by enforcing code standards, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing continuous improvement processes
o    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications
o    Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical skills, and driving innovation within the development team
o    Having knowledge on cloud technologies like Azure , VMC2 , Cloud
o    Modify existing programs, prepare test data and functional specifications.
o    Troubleshoot issues and solve problems, identify potential process improvement areas.
o    Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks.
o    Write object-oriented, clean, and maintainable code.
o    Deliver quality results on time with minimal supervision.
o    Banking domain knowledge plus point
o    Able to communicate effectively with a client , by showing interest and carefully listening

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $230,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
