Project Management Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report contractual service levels and reports to Wipro and client stakeholders.
• Develop KB articles and publish them on the ITSM tool, encouraging teams to utilize these articles and measure their usage.
• Prepare data points, conduct analysis, and create PowerPoint presentations for meetings such as weekly or monthly service reviews.
• Maintain the roster of team members according to a shifting schedule.
• Complete any reports and tasks mutually agreed upon with clients.
• Enhance communications, content, and transparency of information with key customers.
• Provide executive visibility into project, program, and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
• Attend meetings, make a note of action items and maintain a risk tracker, ensuring timely closure by collaborating with the respective team.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ITSM – BMC Remedy/Helix.
• Understanding of IT Service Desk and Field Support is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Office tools

Experience: 3-5 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
