Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Job Description
- Hands-on experience in performance engineering initiatives for enterprise-scale applications, ensuring optimal system responsiveness and reliability.
- Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems.
- Drive enterprise-level automation strategies to streamline performance testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance validation into automated build and release cycles.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to improve application scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead performance engineering initiatives across teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance engineering and enterprise automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
