PARTNER - Supply Chain and Operations

Lead Wipro Consulting's Enterprise Spend Management growth agenda across procurement, source-to-pay, supplier management, and adjacent order-to-cash intersections. The role owns executive relationships, consulting sales, complex transformation delivery, thought leadership, alliances, and practice capability.

Content Capability:

Enterprise Spend Strategy
•    Develop spend-management strategies, maturity assessments, target operating models, category strategies, organization designs, roadmaps, and business cases.
•    Link third-party spend, demand management, supplier value, compliance, risk, cash, and sustainability outcomes.
Source-to-Pay Transformation
•    Lead strategic sourcing, category management, e-sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, procurement, catalogs, guided buying, invoicing, payments, and spend analytics transformation.
•    Address procurement policy, controls, tail spend, supplier risk, performance, diversity, and contract value leakage.
Connected Commercial Processes
•    Connect source-to-pay with order-to-cash, finance, treasury, tax, inventory, and supply chain operations.
•    Shape AI-enabled sourcing, category intelligence, contract analytics, supplier insights, intake orchestration, and autonomous procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Practice and Market Leadership
•    Lead the relevant practice portfolio, business strategy, offerings, alliances, capability roadmap, talent plan, and market positioning.
•    Build reusable IP, methods, benchmarks, case studies, and market-facing thought leadership; represent Wipro in executive and industry forums.
Client Engagement and Consulting Execution
•    Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives; frame strategic issues, direct complex engagements, and ensure quality, client satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
•    Govern scope, economics, delivery assurance, risk, value capture, and senior stakeholder alignment across multidisciplinary programs.
Business Development
•    Own and grow a consulting pipeline; originate, shape, qualify, price, negotiate, and close premium consulting opportunities and extensions.
•    Use strategic assessments, fit-gap analyses, business cases, and journey maps to create practical entry points that can expand into larger Wipro transformation programs.
•    Create pull-through for Wipro technology, engineering, data, cloud, applications, and business operations services.
People and Community Leadership
•    Hire, retain, coach, and develop consulting talent and next-level leaders; build an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance community.
•    Drive knowledge reuse, cross-practice collaboration, skill development, and contribution to Wipro methods and assets.

Required Experience
•    15 years of global experience, calibrated to the selected band and demonstrated scope of leadership.
•    15 years of global consulting and transformation experience with recognized enterprise spend-management expertise.
•    Proven ability to sell, shape, and lead large procurement and source-to-pay transformations with CPO, CFO, COO, CIO, and business-unit stakeholders.
•    Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating models, supplier management, e-procurement, contracting, spend analytics, and value realization.
•    Experience connecting procurement transformation with order-to-cash, working capital, ERP, data, integration, controls, and change.
•    Track record building offerings, alliances, reusable IP, thought leadership, and high-performing consulting teams.
Technology / Platform Experience
Experience advising on or delivering transformation involving one or more of the following is preferred:
•    SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement, SAP S/4HANA, or comparable source-to-pay platforms
•    Contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis or comparable solutions
•    Spend analytics, supplier risk/data platforms, e-sourcing, procurement orchestration, process mining, and AI-enabled procurement
•    ERP, master data, tax, treasury, AP automation, integration/API, analytics, and workflow ecosystems

Band-Specific Performance Expectations
•    Lead practice or account growth, consulting revenue, margin, market positioning, and integrated deal development.
•    Carry agreed personal and practice sales, order-book, utilization, and client-impact objectives.
•    Develop senior relationships beyond the CIO organization and create pull-through across Wipro service lines.
•    Build consulting talent, next-level leaders, alliances, thought leadership, and a sustainable capability pipeline.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00  to $325,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
