Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. This role combines strategic planning, technical leadership, and people management to ensure successful execution of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• • Define technical vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in software development, architecture, and quality assurance
  • Oversee end-to-end engineering lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communicate priorities and resolve technical challenges effectively
  • Implement security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
