Role: Agentic AI Developer
Key responsibilities:
- Develop AI agents
- Implement multi-step workflows and enable collaboration between multiple agents
- Connect Agents to enterprise APIs, data platforms
- Use benchmarking tool and evaluation framework to measure agent efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor agent behavior, optimize for scalability and enhance decision making capability.
Required Skill:
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Model APIs like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic etc..
- Proficiency in Python or similar language
- Experience with LLM-based framework (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Knowledge of Vector databases and semantic search
- Familiarity with containerization and required skill
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and ethical AI Practices
Mandatory Skills: Machine Learning .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
