IT Infrastructure Monitoring Consultant

Required Skillset
Monitoring & Observability Tools:
Advanced hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (ELK) for synthetic transactions, log aggregation, analysis, and visualization; BMC Helix / Patrol / KM and Entuity.
Operating Systems:
Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux systems, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.

Cloud Monitoring:
Experience using Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch to monitor cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Networking:
Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and monitoring methodologies to support infrastructure monitoring and diagnostics
ITSM & CMDB:
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/CMDB platforms and integration with monitoring and discovery tools
Monitoring Methodologies:
Knowledge of application, network, server, and storage monitoring, synthetic transactions, and alerting strategies

Troubleshooting & RCA:
Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions
Project Management:
Experience managing multiple initiatives related to monitoring tool deployment, upgrades, and optimization

Understanding of ITIL processes, observability concepts, and monitoring best practices
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
