Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team on a full-time basis (30–40 hours per week).
This position is Monday through Friday, shifts begin at 8AM
- Daily shift lengths may vary based on the schedule, ranging from approximately 4 to 10 hours per day.
- No weekends
- No overnight work
As a growing company, schedules may vary slightly day to day, but we prioritize clear communication and flexibility whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Move light items when cleaning to ensure thorough results
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with owners regarding any issues or concerns in a home
- Represent the company professionally in clients’ homes
Driving Requirement
Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
This role involves daily driving to and between client homes across the Valley. You must:
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Be comfortable driving regularly for work
This position is not suitable for applicants who are uncomfortable with frequent driving.
