Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Air Import Agent to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the importation of goods via air freight, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining efficient communication with all stakeholders involved in the import process. This role is crucial in facilitating timely deliveries and managing documentation related to air imports.
Responsibilities
- 1. Mainly responsible for communicating with airline ground agents and following up on the status of imported air cargo 2. Responsible for truck dispatch, the status of each terminal, and timely arrangement of cargo pickup 3. Responsible for notifying the warehouse to sort and prepare the incoming cargo according to operational requirements 4. Timely distribute and deliver cargo according to operational instructions 5. Timely communicate with customers about the specific status of the cargo

Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems.
- Experience in air import cargo handling
- 2 year air operation or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus.
