Head of Sales / Revenue Manager
Wintz Company is seeking a Head of Sales (Revenue Manager) to lead the sales program for Woodbury, a walkable, design-driven neighborhood in Moscow, Idaho inspired by the principles of traditional neighborhood development and New Urbanism.
This is not a traditional real estate agent role. This position is for a leader who will develop and run an in-house sales program that delivers remarkable customer experience.
You will work directly with leadership, construction, and design teams while guiding buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. This role is both strategic and hands-on: nurturing inbound leads, building systems, and leading the small team responsible for all residential sales and future leasing revenue within the Woodbury neighborhood.
The Role
The Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing and executing the entire sales experience for Woodbury.
This person will
o Serve as the primary sales agent for the community
o Manage sales pipeline
o Guide buyers through the home selection and purchase process
o Build systems that support long-term sales success
o Eventually lead a small in-house sales team
This role requires someone who can operate independently, take ownership of results, and continuously refine the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
o Lead and manage all home sales within the Woodbury Development
o Develop and implement the in-house sales program
o Create systems and processes for lead management and customer experience
o Manage marketing team for brand management and lead generation
Client Experience
o Nurture inbound leads from first inquiry through closing
o Represent buyers and listings (dual representation when appropriate)
o Guide buyers through product selection, lot choice, and homebuilding options
o Maintain a high-touch, relationship-driven sales experience
o Understand and communicate the building process and Wintz construction standards
Revenue Management
o Responsible for achieving annual sales targets (15–25 homes per year)
o Track and manage pipelines and sales metrics
o Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and market positioning
o Oversee future leasing opportunities both commercial and residential
Cross-Team Collaboration
o Work closely with the construction and design teams
o Develop a deep understanding of the building process
o Communicate architectural and design value to buyers
o Ensure client expectations align with construction timelines and capabilities

To ensure the highest level of alignment, client service, and to avoid conflicts of interest, the Head of Sales will not engage in additional real estate brokerage activities outside of Woodbury, except in rare or pre-approved circumstances.

Qualifications
o Idaho Real Estate License (or ability to obtain quickly)

o Proven ability to build systems to manage complex processes

o Real estate sales experience

Benefits and Compensation
This role will have a base salary of $30,000-$40,000 with a commission share on each sale. Pay will depend on experience.
