Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Law Firm Receptionist located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional office environment. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and must ensure a positive client experience through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and basic clerical skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage daily office operations
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional office setting is a plus
