They are leaders. Leading from the front and learning from past successes and failures, they are accountable for ensuring their overall program and supporting projects consistently deliver business value, align with business and technical strategy and provide exceptional customer experience for our business partners. Program Managers lead the program’s strategy, implementation, and delegation and will work closely with business resources and stakeholders, internal technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers. What You’ll Do Develop proactive relationships with supported business units that are built on trust, transparent communication, and a spirit of collaboration Monitor the inter-connected and cross-functional resourcing, prioritization, scheduling and delivery in a focused project or business area Forecast IT resource requirements and equipment needs based on business units’ pipeline of planned projects Support the outcomes the business line is seeking and develop business requirements and business cases as needed Represent the voice of the customer (business unit) during the technology project life cycles. Ensure IT tasks are meeting committed timelines.
