Provide outstanding customer service while preparing loan agreements for national agents. Use creativity and good judgment to provide the best possible quotes while minimizing risk and maximizing profit to FIRST.
- Review & approve quotes for national accounts up to $1,000,000 amount financed. Use relationship knowledge and experience to provide quotes that satisfy both the agent and borrower, while minimizing risk to FIRST.
- Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service.
- Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service.
- Monitor volume for national agents. Take proactive measures to both protect and grow volume as appropriate.
- 1-3 years of insurance or industry experience
- General computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
