What You’ll Do

The Loan Operations Analyst oversees and analyzes various functions performed in Loan Operations. These functions include maintaining Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), preparing and submitting Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) pledge reports, coordinating Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) reviews, and maintaining department procedures.

• Maintain Loan Operations’ RCSA.
• Prepare and submit FHLB pledge reports to the Cash Management Team.
• Coordinate reviews performed by the FHLB.
• Work with team managers to review and update department procedures as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in loan operations.
• Associates degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
