The AVP Finance, FP&A, is a financial partner within the Wintrust Wealth Management accounting and finance organization that is charged with assisting the CFO in providing financial perspective to operational aspects of the business. This role will work closely with business line leaders to provide: financial modeling, operating analytics and financial outputs.
What You’ll Do
- Establish, monitor and report on business line Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to WWM leadership, as well as corporate stakeholders.
- Streamline and manage internal modeling for financial advisor recruitment, incentive compensation, and acquisitions through productive partnership with relevant parties.
- Own budgeting and forecasting exercises, in partnership with the CFO, inclusive of creating baseline assumptions, working with business line leaders on inputs, and delivering related operating and financial metrics.
- Internal consultant for business initiatives including report automation, technology improvements, process redesign, and platform, product, & channel analysis
- 5-7 Years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance major preferred
- Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel
